SMART Team Visits Soundwaters Educators
After displaying our robot and the missions Sub Wall-y could accomplish, we performed our Research skit. The skit was great, and the educators at Sound Waters looked like they enjoyed it. However, the Q&A that followed the skit was not as easy to do. Our expert audience really knew their stuff, and we were surprised and awed when we heard some of the questions. The questions that we were unable to answer were written down and we planned to find answers for all questions at a later meeting. Our JFLL team got in on the act too! The S.M.A.R.T.Y.S Junior FLL team presented their creature, habitat and boat to the Soundwaters educators. They described their creature, its habitat, what it ate, and everything! They did an awesome job, and made the S.M.A.R.T. team very proud. After the event we went outside and had a HUGE snowball fight. The unofficial winners were:
